Health is a foundational component of everything. You know, you think about it, most people spend more money and time and effort maintaining their cars than they do their body. You can buy a new car but you can’t buy a new body.

In order to take control of your health and fitness and make lasting sustainable change, it’s important that we take the big picture into account. So although it would be nice if we could fit our lives into a nice box and make it work with a pre-packaged program, the reality is that we’ve got to take a step back and see what matters and set the right priorities for you.

It’s not like I’m a professional athlete. I’m like a normal person. I live a busy, active life and I just don’t have time to work these things out myself. So having someone actually make something that’s custom for my life, what I’m doing, the exercises that I’m doing and my goals – that’s awesome.

I think the most surprising benefit of getting a health coach is just how instrumental it’s been in creating change for me. You know, working with Rosie it was really great because I had this custom plan for me. It was really kind of a refreshing experience, you just have someone who cares about your health goals. And it’s really cool to be able to achieve them.

Try getting more done earlier, by creating a morning routine and following it until you complete it all. These earlier plans can also provide you with a much better start to your day and a greater feeling of happiness and achievement. You can achieve your daily goals by using your mornings to your advantage.
